Whoever thought it would be possible! Vegan chocolate mousse. If the ingredients don't seem right, don't let yourself be misled. My whole family really enjoyed it.
Ingredients
- The water from 2 cans of chickpeas.
- 170g dark chocolate (WITHOUT MILK!)
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
- strawberries
- Blackberries
- Raspberries
Instructions
- Beat the water from the can of chickpeas until soft and fluffy. Even further than in this image. You should be able to make stiff peaks.
- Melt the chocolate and gently fold it in together with the other ingredients.
- Put your mousse into the bowls that you want to serve it in ( I choose some glass cups) and add in some of your fruit
- Chill overnight and top of with some more fruits before serving.
