How to be safe while protesting

With so many strikes going on it is important to be safe. I have gathered a list of ways to ensure the highest possible safety while protesting.

1. Only strike if you feel safe doing it
2. Try and attend police approved strikes only 
3. Go for silent strikes instead of aggresive strikes
4. Do not strike solely for the purpose of causing trouble
5. Go with friends
6. Inform friends and family where  you are going to be
7. Make sure your phone is charged
8. If stopped by police be polite and do not run
9. Do not challenge authorities
10. Bring Identification
